**Islamic Exhibition Celebrates Heritage and History at Peace School**
Peace School,19/10/2024– The Peace School campus transformed into a vibrant hub of culture and education during Islamic exhibition, where students displayed an array of models representing significant events and architectural marvels in Islamic history.
The event was officially opened by Mr. Rayees Ahmad (Islamic Studies Teacher) , who underscored the importance of both architectural achievements and historical milestones in shaping the Islamic world. “This exhibition is an opportunity for our students to connect with their history and heritage, showcasing the beauty and depth of Islamic culture,” he said.
Among the highlights were models depicting iconic structures, such as the Masjid Al-Haram,Masjid Nabwi, Al Aqsa Masjid, Jeddah Masjid etc alongside representations of pivotal events like the Battle of Trenchs,Battle of Badr etc different events of prophets. Each model was accompanied by detailed descriptions, allowing visitors to gain insight into the cultural and historical significance of these monuments.
The students, filled with enthusiasm, took the opportunity to share their knowledge, engaging with attendees and explaining the relevance of each model. This interactive approach made the exhibition not only informative but also an enjoyable learning experience.
Concluding the event, Mr. Athar Meer, Chairman of Peace School, expressed gratitude to everyone involved and emphasized the need for more such initiatives. “Today’s exhibition has inspired us all. We must continue to organize events that highlight our rich heritage and encourage our students to delve deeper into their history,” he stated.
